This committees main purpose is to keep the parishioners informed of the church’s teachings and views; and to bring insight and education on topics of interest to all. This committee meets 5 or 6 times a year. We meet in April to put together the survey that is passed out at the end of May. We meet in June to go over the results and prepare the pamphlets to be passed out in September. We meet in July or August to discuss the speakers and programs we previously decided on; and to make last minute preparations. We then meet to go over our results after the programs have run and critique what was good and what didn’t work.
