St. Joan of Arc

Church History

St. Joan of Arc Church, church hall and rectory sit on 17 acres in the town of Streetsboro. The parish was established in 1965 and has grown from having Mass in the local high school cafeteria to having 935 registered families.

The parish utilizes the Generations of Faith, along with other methods, to educate all age groups. The original church along with the rectory was built in 1967. A newer and larger church was built in 1987, and the old church was converted into a parish hall not long after. The present church underwent a renovation in 2002.

of the liturgy and the sacraments,

we are strengthened to go forth

and to witness to Christ's teaching

and example.


Since 1965 we have striven to create a strong community driven by the teachings of Jesus Christ, which are the guiding force in the lives of our growing congregation.

Through our worship, activities and special community, we give our members the chance to become

fully immersed in the wisdom and teachings of the Lord.
